MIMI DEMIRI

Mimi began her career as a paediatric nurse in 2011, later specialising in public health and paediatric palliative care. While working in nursing, she trained in aesthetics, initially as a side passion. However, what started as a side venture quickly gained momentum. As demand for her treatments grew, Mimi made the life-changing decision to leave her nursing role and dedicate herself fully to aesthetics.

Today, she runs a thriving clinic with a team of seven full-time staff, providing high-quality aesthetic treatments in a safe and welcoming environment.

With over 12 years of experience, Mimi has continually expanded her expertise, completing her AET teaching qualification to share her knowledge with the next generation of aesthetic practitioners. Her passion lies in education and empowerment, fostering a community where professionals learn from each other rather than compete. She believes that safe, effective practice comes from continuous learning, skill refinement, and a deep understanding of professional boundaries.

Mimi is dedicated to raising standards in aesthetics, ensuring that every practitioner she trains feels confident, knowledgeable, and equipped to deliver outstanding results.

Our philosophy is simple: safe practice over everything. We do not divide the industry into medic vs. non-medic—instead, we focus on safe vs. unsafe practice. Through our training and platform, we educate, advise, and advocate for high standards and ethical aesthetics, equipping practitioners with the skills and knowledge to excel.
